Houston Cheap Fireworks is committed to selling safe fireworks approved by the Consumer Safety Product Commision.  We want you to be safe, and comfortable when using fireworks with your family.  Always use common sense and be concious of your neighbors when celebrating with fireworks.

• Observe local laws, and always read and follow directions on each firework.
• Only use consumer fireworks outdoors, away from homes, dry grass and trees.
• Always have an adult present, Never let children use fireworks alone, and never carry fireworks in your pocket.
• Never point or throw fireworks at another person.
• Light only one item at at time and keep a safe distance.  Never attempt to relight or fix a dud.
• Use only approved consumer fireworks, and store in a cool dry place.
• Put used fireworks in a bucket of water and have a hose ready.

Are fireworks legal in my city?

Some Texas Cities and municipalities have banned the use of fireworks within their jurisdiction.  If you are not sure check with your city's fire marshal's office.

Which Fireworks are Illegal in Texas?

Bottle Rockets and Pop Rockets are illegal in Texas.

What age do I have to be to purchase fireworks?

16 years of age and older. 

Can I celebrate with fireworks year round?

Yes if you are celebrating in an area where fireworks are legal.

Can I purchase fireworks in Texas year round?

No, Fireworks sales are restricted to 2 selling seasons.  June 24th - July 4th, and December 20th - Jan 1st.
